Anita Marie Ori

Anita Marie Ori, age 79 of Highwood passed away Friday, June 17, 2022 at Whitehall Convalescent Center, Deerfield. Born October 26, 1942 in Highland Park to the union of Louis and Eva Marie (Ori) Ori. She attended Saint James School, Highwood K-8th and graduated from Holy Child High School, Waukegan.  After graduation she worked at Fort Sheridan as a secretary to the post commander. On October 28, 1961 at Saint James Church, she married Walter Ori and then started her family. She then worked for Fruitfull Yield in Deerfield and at Highland Health Foods, Highland Park.

Beloved wife of 60 years to Walter Ori. Loving mother of David Duane Ori (fiancé Diane Ritter).

Memorial visitation Friday, June 24, 2022 9:00 A.M. until time of funeral mass 11:00 A.M. at Saint James Church, 134 North Avenue, Highwood. Rev. Thomas F. Baldonieri, celebrant.
