Anton "Tony" Svoboda

Anton "Tony" Svoboda age 78 of Highwood passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at Warren Barr of Highland Park. Born May 17, 1947 in Highland Park, Illinois to the union of Anton and Ada (Muzzarelli) Svoboda. Tony served in the U.S. Army and then for the United States Postal Service until his retirement.

Visitation Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 10:30 A.M. until time of funeral service 11:30 A.M. at Seguin & Symonds Funeral Home, 858 Sheridan Road, Highwood. Rev. Hernan Cuevas, officiating., Interment with military honors will follow at Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville, Illinois
