Arthur Louis Mini

Arthur Louis Mini, age 79 a lifelong resident of Highwood, Illinois passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday evening May 29, 2022 at his home. He was born January 28, 1943 in Highland Park, Illinois to the union of Louis and Mary (Babbini) Mini. He graduated from Highland Park High School, class of 1961, He served as an Airman the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Conflict where he took up the sport of boxing. Art was a member of the Highwood VFW and Highwood American Legion now the Highland Park American Legion and worked for many years for Com Ed.

Beloved lifelong companion of 45 years to Christina Flores Sanchez of Highwood. Loving father of Isabel (Jose) Gomez of San Antonio, Texas. Fond grandfather of Esai, Aiden, Anaiis, Analii and Elias. Dear cousin, extended family and friend to many.

Visitation Saturday, June 4, 2022 from 9:30 AM until time of service 11:00 AM at Seguin & Symonds Funeral Home, 858 Sheridan Road, Highwood. Graveside service and military honors will follow at Ascension Cemetery, 1920 Buckley Road, Libertyville, Illinois.  Memorials honoring Art man be made to any veterans charities of your choice.
