Beatrice Lenzini

Beatrice Lenzini, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on July 18, 2023. She was born in Modena, Italy on July 24, 1932 to the union of Giovanni Mordini and Maria (Lenzini) Mordini. In 1956 Beatrice married the love of her life Luigi "Lampo" in Modino, Italy and together they started their family and came to the United States.

Beatrice had many passions, she was a member of Sacred Heart Guild at Saint James Parish and a was a part of a sewing club. She enjoyed her card games and was an incredible cook, but most of all she loved her family and friends and would do anything for them. 

Beloved wife of the late Luigi "Lampo" Lenzini. Loving mother to the late Franco (Loretta) Lenzini and Anna Maria (Adam) O'Brien. Cherished Grandmother to Daniel (Kim) Lenzini and Michelle Lenzini. Dear Great-Grandmother to Lily and Michael Lenzini.  

A Visitation will take place on Beatrice's birthday, Monday, July 24, 2023 at 9:00 A.M. followed by a funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. at Christ Our Hope Parish (St. James Church), 134 North Avenue, Highwood. Entombment will follow at Ascension Cemetery, 1920 Buckley Road, Libertyville.
