Carol Sue Hawk

Carol Sue Hawk, age 80 of Highland Park, Illinois passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 5, 2022 in Highland Park. She was born in Highland Park, Illinois on March 11,1942 to the union of William and Dorothea (Cohien) Beck. She was the older of two daughters. Her death was preceded by the death of her younger sister, Helene Beck.

She is survived by her two children;  daughter Stacey Hawk and son Stephen Hawk; her grandaughter Elizabeth Hawk; and her niece Adrienne Tamara Beck.

Carol was always passionate about the visual and performing arts. She loved painting, dancing, and playing guitar. She was also an advocate for animals.  

Memorial Service Monday, November 21, 2022 at 10:00 AM in the Henning Chapel of Rosehill Cemetery, 5800 N. Ravenswood Ave., Chicago.  Inurnment will follow in the community mausoleum.
