Dan Marcotte

Dan Marcotte, age 58, of Round Lake, passed Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

Loving husband of Lori nee Gaiser for 23 years, Devoted father of Elizabeth, Dear brother of Leanne (Sal) Oliveri, uncle of Joseph (Ryan Kahle) Oliveri, Samantha (Kenny Arnao) Oliveri, great-uncle of Ariana and Gia. Step-son of Wayne Wisniewski. Cousin and friend to many.

At the age of 17, he joined the US Air Force and proudly served for five years. Dan was a driver education instructor for Adams Driving School for 30 years. During his free time, he enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. He served as an officer and Road Captain for the Lake Shore H.O.G. Chapter of Libertyville, IL.  

Visitation Monday, September 8, 2025, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Symonds Lakes Funeral Home, 111 West Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 10:00 am, followed by a Life Celebration Mass at 11:00 am at St. Mary of the Annunciation Catholic Church, 22333 W. Erhart Rd., Mundelein, IL. The family has requested that any friends who ride, please ride to the Mass for a last ride following Mass.
