Denise Ann (McEnerney) Tucker

Denise Ann Tucker nee: McEnerney age 82 of Lake Bluff, formerly of Waukegan, Il passed away suddenly on Monday June 24, 2024 in Lake Forest, Il.

She was born to William and Charlotte (Strzempka) McEnerney on November 5, 1942 in Chicago, Il and raised in Chicago and in Niles, Il.
Denise graduated from St Therese Nursing School and her career as a nurse and later as an Emergency Services Director for St. Therese Hospital/Vista Health spanned 40 plus years. Denise had many wonderful friends and colleagues from her years in nursing and Emergency Services and she’ll be loved and remembered by many.

Denise is survived by her children; her daughter Lisa Tucker, her son Christopher Tucker and his fiancé Shari Blum. Her granddaughter Claire Skuble, her sister Kathleen Jakobi, her brother Dennis (Laura) McEnerney, and her sister in law Maureen McEnerney. Her nieces and nephews and many cousins and friends.
Preceded in death by her husband Terence Tucker. Her parents; William and Charlotte McEnerney, her brother William (Bill) McEnerney and her nephew Matthew McEnerney.

Denise will always be in our hearts. She was so loved and will be missed by many.
