Dolores Mae Bumgardner

Dolores Mae Bumgardner, age 89, of Great Lakes, Illinois peacefully passed away on September 8, 2023 at home.  She was born September 14, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois. She married Edward Paul Bumgardner on November 21, 1973 at the Blue Jacket Chapel at Great Lakes Naval Base. She raised her family and was a homemaker. 

Beloved mother to Richard (Lauren) Auth of Safety Harbor, Florida, Gene Auth of Barrington, Illinois, and Valerie (Jeff) Banta of Helena, Montana. Dear Grandmother to Jonathan Auth, Kira Auth and Travis Banta.

Visitation Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from 10:00 A.M. until time of funeral service at 10:30 A.M. at the Seguin & Symonds Funeral Home, 858 Sheridan Road,  Highwood. Interment will follow at Fort Sheridan National Cemetery, Highwood, Illinois at 11:00 A.M.
