Domnica Iovin

Domnica Iovin age 93 of Chicago went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at the Harmony Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Chicago. She was born November 13, 1927 in Arad, Romania to the union of Gheorghe and Clementina (Barbu) Rosu. On September 7, 1950 in Arad, Romania she married Mihail Iovin and the family immigrated to the United States in May of 1980 to Portland, Oregon settling 10 months later in Chicago, Illinois.  Domnica loved the Lord and enjoyed her time reading and writing.

Beloved wife of the late Mihail Iovin on October 18, 2019. Loving mother of Michael (Mala) Iovin, Cristian (Geta) Iovin, Gratian (Geta) Iovin and Casiana (John) Catrinta. Fond Grandmother of 5 Christian, Ramon, Valeria, Christine and Andrew, Great Grandmother of 9 Aiden, Ethan, Reinhardt, Elan, Lincoln, Penelope, Jocelyn, Asher and Shiloh.

Funeral Service Sunday, November 29, 2020 at 5:00 P.M. at Logos Baptist Ministries, 7280 N. Caldwell Avenue, Niles, Illinois.

Graveside service Monday, November 30, 2020 11:00 A.M. at Saint Luke Cemetery, 5300 N. Pulaski Road, Chicago, Illinois in Section 14P
