Ms. Doris Patricia Richardson was born on December 27, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois to Mr. and Mrs. William and Alice Mae (Alexander) Richardson. She was baptized at an early age by Dr. Price at Divine Healing Temple Church. She attended Hyde Park High School. On November 1, 1958 she met and married Mr. Robert Neal Holden. From this union of marriage, six children were born; Ms. Robbin V. Holden, Mr. Gregory E. Holden (preceded her in death), Ms. Alice Holden, Ms. Cynthia A. Holden. Ms. Dorie A. Holden, Mr. William T. Holden (who also preceded her in death). In 1969, she met Mr. William Jones, and from this union another child was born; Ms. Deidre L. Jones. 
In 1971, Ms. Doris Patricia Holden was blessed by God to meet the honorable Dr. Raymond T. Hightower, Founder and Spiritual Leader of Abilities Unlimited Concentrated Prayer Society, Inc. Ms. Doris Patricia Holden received many miraculous blessings and healing by God, working through Dr. Raymond T. Hightower. After Dr. Raymond T. Hightower made his Transition, Pastor Eddie L. Champ and Minister Zelia M. Champ became the Ministerial Leaders of Abilities Unlimited. She was blessed from time to time, to receive the blessings of Almighty God, working through the Prayers and Counseling of Pastor and Minister Champ, when she most needed it. 
Ms. Doris Patricia Holden held various jobs throughout her professional life. One job that she made her career was working for the Department of Housing & Urban Development. She was a licensed manager for the Chicago Housing Authority. In 1981, she moved to the United States Virgin Islands-St. Croix, where she continued her career with HUD for eleven years. 
Ms. Doris Patricia Holden enjoyed life, such as being with her family and friends. She also enjoyed listening to gospel and jazz music. 
She leaves to cherish five daughters - Robbin, Alice, Cynthia, Dorie, and Diedre. She also leaves to cherish a sister-in-law, Ms. Johnnie Mae Holden, a brother-in-law, Mr. Eugene Holden, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends. 

Visitation Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 12:00 P.M. until time of Memorial Service at 1:00 P.M. at the Mt. Olive Church, 3850 North Tripp Avenue, Chicago, IL. Repast to follow in the church hall.
