Elda B. Arcangelo

Elda B. Arcangelo, age 94 of Highland Park passed away Sunday, August 1, 2021 in Riverwoods, IL. She was born November 11, 1926 in Zeigler, IL to the union of Anthony and Edvidge (Vignocchi) Cassai. On September 23, 1945, she married Cardine "Art" Arcangelo at St. James Catholic Church in Highwood, IL, and they started their family. Elda was a member of St. James Church and the Italian Women's Prosperity Club.

Beloved wife of 57 years to late Cardine "Art" Arcangelo. Loving mother of late Carol Arcangelo, Donna (Steve) Mocogni, Karen (Jim) Bansberg of Lasalle/Peru, IL, and Art (Liz) Arcangelo of Scottsdale, AZ. Fond nonie of Jamie (Gad) Horton of Grovetown, GA, Jody Nanini of Highland Park, IL, Ashley (Luke) Carls of Springvalley, IL, and Jimmy (Alisa) Bansberg of Chicago, IL. Great nonie of Micah and Noa Horton, and Jack and Coco Carls. Loving sister to late Eldo Cassai and late John Cassai.

Visitation Tuesday, August 3, 2021 4:00 P.M. until time of service at 7:00 P.M. at the Seguin and Symonds Funeral Home, 858 Sheridan Road, Highwood, IL. Graveside service will be private.
