Elliot Maxwell Rembert, 35 years young passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at his home in Oak Park after succumbing to a 5 year long fight with chronic and acute myeloid leukemia. He was born on Mother's Day May 14, 1989 in Chicago, Illinois to Julie B. Moskovitz and Eric Rembert. He was a gift to all of us with an impressive intellect, a brilliant sense of humor, playfulness and charm. We will mourn his loss forever. Our hearts are shattered and our souls devastated as we remember a life cut short. Elliot, we love you always and miss you even more.

Rembert (deceased), Uncle Jerry Rembert (deceased), Aunt Joyce A. Morris, Aunt Patricia Washington, Aunt Vivian Berry, Uncle Terry J. Rembert, Aunt Lynette Wilson, Aunt Francine Simms and Aunt Felicia J. Rembert.
Cherished also by countless cousins, step siblings and loved ones on his maternal and fraternal side plus numerous friends and colleagues.
A "Celebration" of Elliot's life will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2024 from Noon until 4:00 P.M. at the Moonflower Bar, 4359 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago, IL.
