Erminia Pasquesi, age 99, of Highland Park passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at the Springs of Vernon Hills. Born November 9, 1922 in Le Borelle, Modena, Italy to the union of Sante and Vittoria (Bartolai) Carani. On February 15, 1947 in the Church of Monticello she married Joseph "Lino" Pasquesi and the couple started their family. In September of 1954 the young couple immigrated to America with their one year old son. Residing in Highland Park she devoted her life to her husband and son. She enjoyed sewing and was a talented seamstress. She was also an outstanding cook, if you were lucky you would get a coveted invitation for dinner at her table. She was a member of St. James Church and the Sacred Heart Guild of St. James Church.
