Irma Jean Scott

On February 06, 2023, our Lord called Irma Jean Scott to her eternal home
to be with her Mother Barbara Jean Scott, her son Mikell Scott, her aunts
Emma Jean Scott, and Bertha Scott Pierce, and a host of other relatives and friends, who greeted her with open arms.

Irma Jean Scott was born in Brandon Mississippi on August 7 th , 1954, and
later moved to Chicago, Illinois where she lived with her mother Barbara
Jean Scott, and father Henry L McDonald. With this union she was blessed with (3) children.

Irma Jean was the Life of every party, a jack of all trades and loved her
family, who spent most of her life as a legal secretary and accountant
something she loved doing because she was good with numbers.
Irma was someone that believed in God and she accepted Christ at a early age.

She leaves to cherish her memory: (1) daughter, Gillonya Scott, (1) son
Mitrell Scott, (5) grandchildren Brianna M. Scott, Shandrya L. Scott,
Chrishaun J. Scott all of Chicago, (3) sister’s Tonia E. McDonald, Diana M.
McDonald, Gina McDonald, (1) brother Kendrick D. McDonald: a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A memorial service will take place on Sunday, February 19, 2023 from 10:00AM-11:30AM at Angelus Funeral Home 8243 S Ashland Ave, Chicago IL 60620. Following services a Celebration of Life will take place 12pm – 4pm at Absolutely Anything Essential 3521 South King Drive, Chicago IL 60653.
