Jiulan Sun

Jiulan Sun, 85, of Porter, TX, and formally of Lindenhurst, IL, passed away Februay 12, 2023 at home surrounded by her family, Jiulan was born October 6, 1937 in Hebei, China and was the oldest child of three born to the union of Hongxiang and Zhangshi Sun, she was a tailor and quality controller in Hongxia Garment Factory. She was a devoted christian, beloved mother, grandmother and many church friends.

Jiulan is survived by her daughter; Sue (Bruce) Bell of Porter, TX, her granddaughters; Keelan Bell of Terra Haute, IN, and Devinn Bell of Kenosha, WI, her brother; Jiuling Sun of Huhehaote, China, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins, she is preceded in death by her parents; Hongxiang and Zhangshi Sun, and her brother; Jiufeng Sun.

A visitation will be held Saturday, February 25 at 11:00 A.M. until time of chapel services at 12:00 noon at the Symonds Lakes Funeral Home 111 W. Belvidere Rd.
