Johnette Rose McCormack

Johnette Rose McCormack nee: D'Agostino age 74 of Park Ridge passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born October 8, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois to the union of John and Lorraine (Demon) D'Agostino. Raised in Chicago she graduated from Austin High School then went to cosmetology school and worked as a beautician.  Johnette was a devoted Catholic woman with a strong faith in God. She was lovingly called ma by everyone especially if they didn't have a mother, she became their mother.  She was an enormous lover of all pets, cats, dogs, you name the pet, she would love on it. Johnette was also a hippy at heart with a gypsy soul that enjoyed traveling. A sports fanatic of all Chicago teams, the Cubs, Sox's, Bears and Black Hawks, she would be there to cheer them on.

Beloved wife of the late Carl McCormack on April 28, 2005. Loving mother of the late Steven McCormack on February 29, 2020, twins the late Carl McCormack, Jr. on December 25, 2022 and Carla Rodriguez, the late Lorraine McCormack on December 31, 2004 and Colleen McCormack. Fond grandmother of 11, great grandmother of 17.  Dear sister of her twin brother John D'Agostino and the late Lorraine D'Agostino.

Visitation Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 11:00 A.M. until time of funeral service at 2:00 PM at Hope Community Bible Church, 1266 North Northwest Highway, Park Ridge, IL. Interment will be private.
