Julio Galindo

Julio Galindo, age 55 of Lansing, Illinois passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at his home. Born January 8, 1967 in Canoga Park, California to the union of Juan Francisco and Bertha (Herrera) Galindo. Julio was a high school graduate and continued on to receive his CDL license as driver for 18 years. In 2000, he met his loving girlfriend at casino tropical, and they remained together for 22 years. He enjoyed traveling to Cozumel, Mazatlan, and Jalisco for vacation.

Julio will be remembered as a hard worker and a caring and ethical person. He was known to light up any room. His favorite pastimes included dancing, reading books, and spending time with his family. Julio was a man adored for always being first to help those in need.

Julio is survived by his loving partner Merced Adriana Urbina; his children Jasmine, Galindo, and Vicente; his parents Bertha and Juan Fransisco Galindo; and his 10 siblings.
