M. Concepcion (Jimenez) Telles

M. Concepcion Telles, 68, of Round Lake Beach, IL, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021 surrounded by her family, she was born July 14, 1953 in Cotiro, Mich, Mexico, and was the youngest of eight children born to the union of Refugio and Isabel Jimenez, she immigrated to the United Stated in 1977 to the Chicago area where she married her husband Jose in 1978 and raised her three children.

Concepcion is survived by her husband of 43 years Jose Telles of Round Lake Beach, IL, her daughters; Gloria (Avelino Tovar) Tellez of Round Lake Beach, IL and Norma (Richard) Lopez of Woodstock, IL, her late son; Juan Jose Tellez, her grandchildren; Vanessa, Alessandra, Anahi, Alyssa, Isabella, Matthew, and one gr granddaughter; Milani, 2 brothers and 2 sisters; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins, preceded in death by her parents; Refugio and Isabel Jimenez, and her son; Juan Jose Tellez, her 2 brothers and 1 sister.

Visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, November 18, 2021 at the Symonds Lakes Funeral Home 111 W Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030, and on Friday morning 9:00 A.M. at the Sagrada Familia Holy Family Episcopal Church 25291 W. Lehmann Blvd, Lake Villa, IL 60046 until time of the funeral mass at 10:00 A.M. interment to follow at the Ascension Cemetery (Rt#137 and St. Mary’s Rd.)
