Maria Bivian De Ambriz, 74, of Wheeling, IL passed away December 5, 2022 peacefully at her home. She was born August 9, 1948 in Guanajuato, Mexico to her loving parents Juan and Concepcion Bivian. She grew up working with her dad in the field. Maria married in 1964 to her loving husband, Victoriano, and they started their family. They met in a small town in Guanajuato, Mexico as her husband pretended to play guitar. She moved to the United States when she was 50.
Maria was known to be very girly, always smelled nice, and she had her own unique scent. Her favorite color was pink of any shade. She was known to worry too much about everyone with her caring personality. Her favorite pastimes included embroidery, reading the Bible, and she was devoted to Saint Judas Thaddeus and the Virgin of Guadalupe. In 2018 she rode many rides in Disneyland with her family. Maria will be remembered as a warrior who never complained even if she was in pain or about her struggles and hardships.
Maria is preceded in death by her parents Juan and Concepcion, and her siblings Eva, Ruben, Luz, and Melda. Maria is survived by her husband, Victoriano; her children Margarito, Rosa, Jose, Rodrigo, Minerva, Ricardo, Elizabeth, Adriana, and Miriam; her siblings Tila and Trini; and 20 grandchildren.
