Maribel Rico

Maribel Rico, 37, passed away January 30, 2022 at the Illinois Masonic Hospital of Chicago, IL, she was born April 13, 1984 in Mexico and was the second child of five born to the union of Zenon and Tereza Rico.

Maribel is survived by her husband of 14 years, Jose Reyes of Lake Villa, her children; Kayla (Edgar Sanchez) Reyes of Lake Villa, Heily Reyes of Lake Villa, Jose Reyes Jr. of Lake Villa, Messiahs Reyes of Lake Villa, and Zenon-Blaz Reyes of Lake Villa, her parents; Zenon and Tereza Rico, grandparents; and Leonides Acosta de Guerrero, Jose Rico Ortiz and Estela Garcia Perez, brothers and sisters; Ana Maria (Jose Luis Garcia) Rico, Rosendo (Crystal) Rico, Maria Adriana (Jose Luis Robles) Rico, and Damian (Guadalupe) Rico, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins, preceded in death by her grandfather; Nicholas Guerrero Garcia.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Friday, February 11, 2022 at the Symonds Lakes 111 W. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030, a funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:30 A.M. Saturday, February 12, 2022 at the Saint Joseph Catholic Church 114 N. Lincoln Ave. Round Lake, IL 60030, interment will be held private, for all additional information please contact the funeral home at 847-543-1080.
