Melissa Diane Parks

Melissa Diane Parks, age 58 of Anna, Illinois formerly of Chicago passed away suddenly Thursday, February 9, 2023 at home.  She was born on October 27, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois to Calvin Ray Parks and Roberta Ann Tubby.  She was a member of the Mississippi Band of Chochtaw Indians, Philadelphia, Mississippi.

Beloved mother of Davis Parks of Centralia, Illinois. Dear sister of Sherry (William) Tulles of Chicago, Tina (Edward) Routh of Philadelphia, Mississippi, Samuel Victory and Jamie Parks of Chicago and the late Stephanie Parks and the late Robin Tubby. Fond grandmother of Antonio, Alyssa, Damien, Ralph and M Miguel. Cherished niece of Rosemary (Gene) Zeman and cousin to many.

Visitation Friday, February 17, 2023 from 4:00 to 9:00 PM at the Meiszner Funeral Home, 5620 West Irving Park Road, Chicago, Illinois

Family and friends will gather on Saturday, February 18, 2023 11:00 AM at Saint Stephen King of Hungry Catholic Church, 2015 West Augusta Blvd., Chicago, Illinois. Rev. Edward Cronin, celebrant.

Interment chapel committal will be at Maryhill Cemetery, Niles, Illinois on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 1:00 PM
