Michael Keith Sedik

Michael Keith Sedik, age 74 of Beaverton, Oregon formerly of Highland Park, Illinois passed away on December 21, 2024 at his Beaverton, Oregon home. He was born March 6, 1950 in Hammond, Indiana the youngest son born to the union of Emil Joseph and Florence Ruth (Clark) Sedik. He attended Immaculate Conception School, Edgewood Jr. High School and Highland Park High School, class of 1968 and graduated from Colonial High School in Orlando, Florida, class of 1969. On Valentines Day February 14, 1970 at the Unitarian Church of Deerfield he married Kathleen Hanson of Deerfield and the couple started their family.

Survivors include his 6 children; Dawn (Russ) Willson, Serinah (Sean) Ropp, Ismael (Jennifer Rogers) Sedik, Eileen (Barrett) Becker, Molly (Peter) Loeung and Latief (Jacque) Burton.

Dear brother of 2; Joseph (Stephanie) Sedik and Robert (Chen Xiu) Sedik.

He is preceded in death by his parents 2 brothers Richard Reglin and Terrance Sedik and a sister Shirley Scanlon.

Memorial visitation Saturday, March 8, 2025 from Noon until time of memorial service at 1:30 P.M. at the Seguin & Symonds Funeral Home, 858 Sheridan Road, Highwood. Private interment will be at Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville, Illinois
