Mildred Acevedo Diaz

Mildred Acevedo Diaz, age 57, of Chicago, IL passed away on September 13, 2023 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on May 20, 1966 in Lares, Puerto Rico to the union of Edelmiro Acevedo and Celida Diaz. She immigrated to the United States in 2018. She loved to knit and distribute food through the church food pantry to people. 

Beloved wife to Heriberto Pardo for 11 years. Loving mother to Abner Alicea Acevedo and Lixelida Alicea Acevedo. Dear grandmother to Genelis Serrano Alicea. Cherished sister to Zenaida Acevedo, Mirna Luz Acevedo, Eladio Acevedo, Edelmiro Acevedo, Nilsa Acevedo.

Nació el 20 de mayo de 1966 en Lares, Puerto Rico de la unión de Edelmiro Acevedo y Celida Díaz. Emigró a los Estados Unidos en 2018. Le encantaba tejer y distribuir comida a través de banco de comida de la iglesia a la gente.    

Amada esposa de Heriberto Pardo durante 11 años. Madre amorosa de Abner Alicea Acevedo y Lixelida Alicea Acevedo. Querida abuela de Génelis Serrano Alicea. Querida hermana de Zenaida Acevedo, Mirna Luz Acevedo, Eladio Acevedo, Edelmiro Acevedo, Nilsa Acevedo.
