Ramona Ladurini Phillips

Ramona M. (Ladurini) Phillips, 78, of Highland Park, IL passed away at her home on March 12, 2025. Ramona was born in Highland Park, IL on July 9, 1946. She graduated from Highland Park High School and went on to work as a dental assistant. A blind date at Fort Sheridan led to meeting her future husband of 50 years, William (Bill) Phillips. Ramona and Bill settled in Deerfield, IL where they raised two children, Nicholas and Michael. With her support and guidance, Bill founded Trilogy Consulting in 1983. After the sale of Trilogy, the family built a home in Highland Park where Ramona enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Ramona and Bill traveled extensively over the years and spent many relaxing winters at their home in Naples Florida. Ramona was known for her generous and thoughtful ways, heading to Sunset Foods most mornings to make sure she had what everyone liked. She was the first to remember a special occasion or check in just to see how you were doing. After Bill’s passing, Ramona continued to guide her son Mike in a successful business. She was the loving and quiet strength behind her family’s ongoing success.

Ramona is survived by her son Michael, brother-in-law Fran, sister-in-law Lorraine, several nephews, a niece, and close friends.

In addition to her parents, Ramona was proceeded in death by her son Nicholas, her husband William Phillips, and her brother Ferdinando Ladurini.

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
