Our beloved son and brother Spencer Parry, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 2nd from aggressive non-small cell lung cancer.
A resident of Northbrook, Spence attended New Trier High School. He was an avid outdoors man. He especially liked duck hunting and fishing with his dad and friends. He enjoyed golfing, skiing and riding his motorcycle. Spencer appreciated and knew much about birds and fed them wherever he lived. He was a talented landscaper and enjoyed designing and building lovely stone and paver walkways and patios. Like his mother, Spence had a wonderful singing voice and loved to sing. He also liked to make people laugh and considered himself a regular sit down comedian. He was devoted to and loved his family, friends and dogs.
Spence,
May you always have a dog at your side.
May the sun always shine upon your face.
May the wind always waft through your hair.
And may you always know that you were loved.
Spencer is preceeded in death by his father Douglas Parry and is survived by his mother Kirsten Parry and sister Alexandria Parry of Seattle, Washington.
The family will celebrate his life with a private service. In lieu of flowers please make donations to The American Cancer Society.
