Victor Peccioli, 82, of Gurnee passed away on Sunday, December 20 at Highland Park Hospital. He was born in Marseille, France on October 21, 1938 to Primo and Elisetta (Turri) Peccioli and was raised in Barga, Italy before emigrating to the United States in December 1959. Victor enjoyed making the world a more beautiful place. It was in 1977 that he found his true passion, landscape work, and established Victor Landscaping, Inc. His son Albert joined him in 1982. He leaves his mark through his designs and landscape work scattered across the North Shore.
Victor was a selfless man with a contagious sense of humor and a true friend to many. His spirit of love and laughter will live on in the hearts and lives of his loved ones. He was preceded in death by his parents and his younger brother, Giovanni, who passed away just seven weeks ago. He is survived by his beloved wife Adrian (née Brugioni) and his two children: Albert (Megan) of Gurnee, IL and Lisa (Jay) Ryskoski of Waconia, MN.
