On April 23, 2024, the Lord called Winston from his labor to eternal rest.  Winston leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Uylaine E. Barringer, brother Howard E. Ballard, son Winston C. Douglas III, Aunts, Cousins, many other loving relatives and friends.
